01 / Two-layer model
Integrity and investability must reinforce each other.
The proposed model protects the deterministic architecture while preserving the operating company’s ability to own, license, finance and scale products.

Corporate separation alone is not enough. Claims, users, evidence, release controls and regulatory status must also be governed by module.

Current legal status
No independent governance entity or foundation is presented as already incorporated. Until formalization, the actual owner and operator remain explicit, and the proposed long-term architecture is clearly separated from the present legal structure.
