The website provides non-confidential institutional information about the project, its architecture, current development state and potential collaborations.
1. Owner and purpose
AXIS Framework is currently a scientific and technology project led by Dr Christopher Pack in a personal capacity, with professional domicile in Alicante, Spain. A dedicated operating company has not yet assumed operation of this website. The proposed operating-company and scientific-governance architecture is a future institutional design and is not presented as legally completed.
2. Nature of the information
The content is provided for information only. It is not a binding offer, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, investment advice or commitment to collaborate.
3. Regulatory status
AXIS Core Blood is not currently CE marked. The formal consultation with the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices indicates a regulatory pathway for the first medical module but does not constitute authorization, certification or clinical validation. Future capabilities are described according to their actual lifecycle state.
4. Intellectual property
The copy, visual architecture, names, logos, demonstrations, software and materials are protected and remain the property of their respective owners. AXIS Framework and DBSI are used as distinctive signs of the project. Public disclosure grants no license to the Core, code, rules, thresholds, weights, calibrations or configurations.
5. Permitted use
Visitors may view and share the website link for information purposes. Substantial reproduction, extraction of protected materials, reverse engineering of demonstrations or unauthorized use of the AXIS identity is prohibited.
6. Accuracy and updates
Reasonable care is taken to keep the information clear and current. Technical, regulatory, corporate and intellectual-property status may evolve, and the relevant formal documentation will prevail.
7. Availability
Continuous availability is not guaranteed. The website may be modified, suspended or restricted for maintenance, security or project-development reasons.
